At Wyink, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Because we sell personal wellness and intimate products, our return policy is designed to balance customer care with hygiene and safety standards.

Eligibility for Returns
Due to the intimate nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We accept returns only if:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, please return the unused item for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
Discreet Returns
All approved returns should be shipped back using discreet packaging.
Wyink does not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Age & Legal Compliance
Wyink sells products intended for adults 21 years of age or older.
We do not ship to states or jurisdictions where adult products are restricted by law. Orders placed in restricted areas may be canceled and refunded.
